Job Description: As a Lash Artist at Lash Me Now, you will be responsible for providing exceptional lash services, including classic, volume, and hybrid lash extensions, lash lifts, and tints. You will work closely with clients to ensure they receive the best possible service, focusing on the health and safety of their natural lashes. Your role will involve maintaining a clean and organized work environment, managing your schedule effectively, and contributing to the overall client experience at our salon.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional lash services, including classic, volume, and hybrid extensions, lash lifts, and tints.
- Conduct client consultations to determine their needs and preferences.
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of their lashes.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Manage your time efficiently to meet client appointments and salon schedules.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest lash techniques and trends.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrate a desire for continuous learning and professional growth with potential leadership opportunities within the company.
- Upholds standards of sanitation and sterilization based on state law and studio policy and procedures.
- Comfortable promoting and selling lash pre-and post care products as well as subscription services
Qualifications:
- Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of North Carolina.
- Certification in eyelash extensions from a recognized training program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a lash artist preferred.
- Strong knowledge of lash application techniques, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a love for creating beautiful lash looks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail, especially when it comes to clients' eye health and lash care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle a busy schedule.
- A desire to advance in your career and take on leadership roles within the salon.
