How to use the eyelash serum?
Remove all makeup and make sure skin is clean and dry with a lint free clean sponge. Apply one thin stroke on each eyelid once per day. Apply the serum just above the lash line, so you don’t get it into your eyes. It will sink into your skin and stimulate your hair follicles. The amount that follows the applicator from one tube is plenty for one eye. You will have to dip the applicator again and apply to the other eye for even distribution. Let it dry for a minute or two, before you put on makeup, creams and lotion.
Can I use the serum while wearing extensions?
Yes, you can. Our serum doesn't contain any oils, so you can use it with extensions. You only need to apply one thin stroke on each eyelid per day. Apply on clean and dry skin, above the lash line, so it can sink in and stimulate your hair follicles.
How long does one serum last?
One lash serum should last you approximately 3 months with normal daily use. One thin stroke on each eyelid per day is enough. When you have achieved the desired length, you can apply 2-4 times a week to maintain your lashes.
When will I see results?
The results normally appear within 3-8 weeks, and it vary from person to person. Some see results already after one week, but most people within six weeks. A few have to wait for as much as 8-12 weeks, depending on which phase of the growth cycle your lashes were in when you started using the serum. We have a money back guarantee, in case you for some reason shouldn’t get results. However, we always recommend to hang in there and keep using the serum, even if you haven't seen results after 8-12 weeks. They should always come eventually.
What happens if I stop using Lash Me Now Eyelash Serum?
The effect is not permanent. Our lashes follow a growth cycle which lasts for about three months, so they fall out and grow back all the time (in average, we shed 1-4 lashes per day). The serum gives your lashes a boost when they’re in the growth phase of the growth cycle. When you stop using the serum and the growth cycle has run its course, they will shed and grow back to their normal length.
Can I use it on my lower lashes?
You can use the serum on your lower lashes. Apply it on clean and dry skin, just below the lash line (1-3 mm). Let it sink in and dry for a minute or two before you put on creams, lotions, makeup etc. The serum that follows the applicator is enough for both upper and lower lashes.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?

However, we always recommend to keep using the serum, as the effect always should kick in eventually. If it turns out that you get a reaction from the serum, and can't use it, we will help you out. Remember to follow the instructions and apply only one thin stroke on each eyelid per day – just above the lash line. Like any other cosmetic product, the serum can irritate if you get it into your eyes, or if you apply too much. Always apply on clean and dry skin. For optimum results apply twice a day.
My friend received a new serum for free. Can I also get one?

Are there any side effects?
The serum will increase the bloodstream to the area which it is applied. If you apply more than recommended, you can experience some redness caused by the increased bloodstream. This is not dangerous and will disappear within a few days. If it doesn’t disappear, we recommend that you take a short break. You can also do a patch test on your arm, to see if you might be allergic to any of the ingredients in the serum.
Who can use the Lash Me Now Eyelash Serum?
The Lash Me Now product is suitable for anyone who wants thicker, fuller and longer lashes or brows. People who are allergic or have highly sensitive skin are recommended to do a patch test before applying the serum on the eyelid. All ingredients are approved under strict regulations by the EU Cosmetic Directive and the FDA. If it turns out that you can’t use the serum, you can reach out to us and return it. We will of course issue a full refund.
Do you test on animals?
Our serums are not tested on animals. Lash Me Now Eyelash Serum is vegan and cruelty free.
Can pregnant and breastfeeding women use the Lash Me Now eyelash serums?
For ethical reasons, the serums have not been tested on vulnerable groups, such as pregnant and breastfeeding women, people under the age of 18 or people going through chemical therapy. Therefore, we can't recommend it to these groups. All ingredients are approved under strict regulations by the EU Cosmetic Directive and the FDA.
